Our Grade 11 and Grade 10 Hospitality Studies learners had an interesting lesson today. They learnt how to make fondant using marshmallows and then created roses from the fondant.
The girls really enjoyed the fun lesson. Some of them even attempted to build a very pink snowman from the fondant!
