Learners who attended the Masakhane Youth Leadership Course, and the Highway Youth Forum collaborated to run a Pen Drive in August 2019. This campaign was initiated, with great enthusiasm by the late Ayakha Jiyane. In honour of Ayakha, the learners continued with the project and collected a large amount of stationery to donate to learners at a disadvantaged primary school in Umlazi. We would like to thank Bargain Basket for their generous donation towards this project. 9 learners and 2 teachers visited the school to hand over the stationery and to meet the children.
